In this class, we use AI to help develop a Definition of Done. You practice turning broad statements like “it’s tested” into checks your team can actually use. Then you question the suggestions and decide what belongs in your team’s quality standard.
Illustrative teaching example, not student work
Imagine a team working on an appointment-booking website. AI suggests “all tests pass.” That sounds useful, but which tests? What evidence would show that booking, changing and canceling an appointment still work? That discussion is where the learning happens.

These are illustrative candidates, not a universal checklist. The Scrum Team develops a suitable Definition of Done when there is no organizational standard; any organizational standard remains the minimum. The Developers are accountable for meeting it. The Scrum Master helps the team have a useful conversation.

Do I have to pass a test?
Yes. Complete the required training, then pass the CSM test. Scrum Alliance includes two attempts within 90 days of your welcome email; additional attempts carry a fee.
How is AI used in the CSM class?
You use AI to help create a Definition of Done. The class focuses on Scrum and the Scrum Master role; the AI activity gives you one practical example to apply with your team.
Do I need Scrum or AI experience?
No. These foundational classes start with the basics and introduce AI through guided practice.
Can I join from another time zone?
Yes. Check the dates, daily hours, and time zone for your chosen class. Plan to attend the full live training.
What if my plans change?

Can I purchase seats for my team?
Yes. Choose a public class date and add your teammates at checkout. Pay for everyone in one order; each attendee receives their own joining email. If you are booking only for others, uncheck the attending checkbox. For a dedicated class shaped around your team’s work, ask about private training.
