The Certified ScrumMaster® course gives you the practical skills to facilitate Scrum, coach your team, and remove the obstacles that slow delivery. It's taught live, in a small cohort, by a Certified Scrum Trainer.

Do I need experience?
None. This is the entry-level ScrumMaster certification. No AI experience is needed.

How do you earn the certification?
Complete the live course, then pass the Scrum Alliance CSM test. The course fee includes two test attempts within 90 days and your initial two-year membership.

What's included in the course price?
Live instruction from a Certified Scrum Trainer, all course materials, your official Scrum Alliance certification, and a two-year Scrum Alliance membership.
Do I need any prior experience with Scrum or AI?
No. The foundational CSM and CSPO classes assume no prior Scrum experience, and no AI background is needed; we'll show you the tools as we go. Advanced classes do require the foundational cert plus experience.
How soon will I receive my certification?
You receive your Scrum Alliance login and certification right after the class concludes (for classes with an exam, after you pass it).
Is this course recognized by employers?
Yes. Scrum Alliance certifications are among the most widely recognized agile credentials worldwide.
Can I attend from a different time zone?
Yes. The class is fully live online, just check the listed start time and time zone for the date you choose.
What if I can't attend part of the class?
Reach out before the start date and we'll help you find another date that works.
Can I purchase seats for my team?
Yes. Choose a public class date and add your teammates at checkout. Pay for everyone in one order; each attendee receives their own joining email. If you are booking only for others, uncheck the attending checkbox. For a dedicated class shaped around your team’s work, ask about private training.
How do payments and refunds work?
Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Cancel any time before the class begins for a full refund, no questions asked. If another date works better, we'll transfer you to another class at no charge before the class begins.
